Mariners Falls and Paradise:
The Bahram River Road is a leisurely scenic ride that starts in open paddocks and meanders into the Otway’s to Mariners Falls.
Half way along the road you have the opportunity to stop and rest at the Paradise picnic area, tucked away amongst the magnificent tree ferns. Enjoy the serenity of the river tricking by and the birds bustling overhead.
You will find Mariners Falls at the end of the Barham River Road. It is an easy but beautiful walk with four stepping stone crossings over the East Barham river. The path takes you through the rain forest past huge tree ferns to the base of the waterfall. Look out for kookaburras.
Please note however that the walking track is subject to flooding after heavy rain, and may be closed on these occasions.
The ride is approximately 34km return and takes around 2 to 3 hours.

To the 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge & Port Campbell:
If you enjoy a longer ride, why not cycle to the 12 Apostles/ Port Campbell and stay in accommodation along the way.
The 12 Apostles ant the Loch Ard Gorge are the highlight of the Great Ocean Rd. Port Campbell is a sleepy town, which is set on a natural gorge at the mouth of Campbell’s Creek.
The cycle route is along Australia’s spectacular Great Ocean Rd, lined with tree ferns, and breathtaking ocean views.
The route also runs parallel to the great Ocean Walk, where you can hop off the bike and step onto the walk at several locations.
